When you rename a design in the data panel, the date that's displayed for that design gets changed to the present moment. This is the case even when no actual change has been made/saved for the underlying design.
I am not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior, but I hope Autodesk will consider changing it. It's very confusing to look at designs in the data panel and have the displayed date not reflect the last date that an actual change was made to those designs. It's quite common to rename old designs as a project evolves and expands, and this behavior makes it significantly harder to organize and find designs after that renaming has taken place.
