Rename multiple components at once

Dear all,

Is there a convenient way of renaming multiple components at once? It can be as simple as Part 1, Part 2, Part 3...

I tried to download this plugin in Autodesk Plugin Library, but it states that it is outdated after installation.

Also, tried this one, but no success.

There is no built in way to do this.  There may be other add-ins that can do this, but I am not familiar with them myself.
