Removing Detached Parts of Mesh

I have scanned a 3D model of a head using my iphone and imported it into fusion as a mesh to clean up. I have used the repair tool to enclose and fill in gaps in the head. There is alot of floating stuff I need to remove however and I was wondering if there was an easy and quick way to select detached parts from the model and delete them that way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Create face groups and delete the floating ones.

It would probably be easiest to clean up in Autodesk MeshMixer before importing into Fusion...
