Remove holes in Mesh

Hello, I'm very new and want to modify this .3mf file to remove the entire 3 tubes and fill the holes.  I found documentation HERE and it helped a lot BUT when I put it in my 3d printers slicer it looks unlike the rest, like its not smooth or missing pieces. I included an image in my slicer.....

The geometry for this part is pretty basic.

I would simply use the imported mesh as reference to model natively in Fusion.
