Registration Help !!

My trial period has ended but when I click the red 'Term Has Expired' box all I get is a black box in the middle of the screen.

 

Tried rebooting etc but no different.

 

Windows 8.1

Dell M6800 Laptop

Hi @mattsavW7BT7,

 

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

 

This sounds like it may be graphics related - do you have dual graphics cards on your computer? Are you able to right-click the desktop icon for Fusion and select "Run with Graphics Processor" and try both graphics cards? Also, are you able to access another machine and log in and sign up for the correct entitlement?
