Refold faces gives an edge on cylinder

Hello, 

i am making textured rollers on Fusion 360. It works really well, but on my pattern of a ladybug a strange edge is appearing when i refold faces. After i refold faces i extrude -3mm and then a press pull 0.25mm. Normaly there is no edge on my cylinder. What am i doing wrong? Many thanx Nele
