Rectangular Pattern not respecting symmetry

Hi,

I am trying to make some tabs for a simple box. I do this by making rectangular pattern copies symmetrically from an initial tab made in the middle. In the first few cases it worked perfectly but now, doing exactly the same, the symmetric option does not seem to be respected:

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

The Extrude feature you are using is the problem because you did not select the correct Operation.  Take a look at the Screencast where I explain it.  Your model is attached by a different name.

Hi @jhackney1972 ,

thanks for taking the time to make the screencast ☺️ !

It  is totally possible to copy and join a feature like I was trying to do, though. In fact it worked after I deleted and redid the feature. But you can also see it working all the other places I made tabs. And it's really useful!

Thanks again!

Thanks, I got it to work with features, as I wrote above. But this is a useful tip too ☺️ .
