Read only files have disappeared

I changed a couple of files to read only as I only use them very occasionally.

When I look in my Data Panel these files are not there, have also checked online in my data hub and they are not there either.

I have tried looking in all folders and projects without any luck.

Any ideas on how I can recover them?
