Read Access Denied when trying to delete/open editable documents.

I've reached the My editable comments limit (10) for Fusion personal. I tried to delete files by right clicking -> delete, returning an "Read Access Denied."

I then tried to archive the project of the document I wanted to delete. The project archived, but the editable documents are still 10.

I deleted the archived project. Again, no changes.

For testing purposes, I archived another project from a different document I did not want to delete. Again, no changes.

I tried to clear cache data, no changes.

Other notes:

- Attempting to open a document of a deleted project returns "Read Access Denied". Then, I'm unable to either open other documents or right click them until a restart.

- Attempting to open a document of an archived project opens the document and returns "Read Access Denied". I'm unable to either open other documents or right click them until a restart.

- Opening any other documents returns the same behavior as the previous point.

- Some interactions that I was not able to pinpoint returned an "??" in the same box as "Read Access Denied".

I attached the DiagnosticLogs.

Just some tips to offer:

Rather than deleting editable designs, try changing them from editable to read-only, using the switching tool shown here:

And for two of your findings relative to deleted documents:

- Attempting to open a document of a deleted project returns "Read Access Denied".

(What do you mean by 'a document of a deleted project'? After deleting the project, where are you finding designs that belong to it?)

- Attempting to open a document of an archived project opens the document and returns "Read Access Denied". I'm unable to either open other documents or right click them until a restart.

(Same question, if the project is archived, where are the documents you refer to stored?)

Hi @Phil.E,

Changing to read-only does the trick. Thank you for the suggestion.

Answering your question, I find the documents in the My Editable Documents tab, as shown in the image below. Documents named "E" and "T" belong to a deleted project. "Remote Cover" belongs to an archived project.

Thanks for confirming that. Sorry for the confusion. This is a known issue we need to fix eventually: Those designs are not intended to be displayed on the editable documents list after deletion.

Thanks for posting the question. If you feel that this is solved please consider marking my suggestion as a solution to help other viewers.
