Read access denied after transferring project

I transferred a project to a new team but while it's worked for other projects, one in particular is giving me trouble. Despite being the owner and admin, when I try to open it in the hub, it states that I don't have the required permission to perform the operation. When I try to open it in the fusion 360 application, it states that read access is denied.
Is there anything I can do to recover these files?
