Hi karina.harper, I've tried all of the steps listed here, including following them on my mac laptop first (I use my PC primarily) then deactivating Fusion on it. I then follow the steps on my PC and ...... doesn't work.
I am looking forward to getting this resolved!

What worked for me was to open the file manually : File -> Open, go to it, make a small change and revert it, then save it again. Cleared up instantly for me.

Hi @sketchbook2

Can you share a screenshot of your problem file? Is it in the "active documents" list? You removed this file on your PC?:

 %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<User ID>\login__ActiveDocuments

You might have to do it on your mac, too - I think that would be located at:

 Users>username>Library>Application Support>Autodesk > Neutron Platform > User ID > login__ActiveDocuments

If anyone in this thread has any insight into how this occurred, that would be extremely helpful. I can repro if I max out the documents in use and use Create Component in Place, but it sounds like you all aren't doing that.

Cheers,

Karina

ok so I deleted the login__ActiveDocuments file on my PC, went offline and the quite Fusion.

I then logged into my Mac and deleted the entire "Filelock" and "options" folders in "Users>username>Library>Application Support>Autodesk >Neutron Platform" and then restarted Fusion...... still there.

I then set every other "editable" document to un-editable, and just like that <snaps fingers> it was gone.
🙂

 I did the whole go online, sync, quite Fusion on the mac. Logged into the PC.... Gone! 🙂

Thanks so much everybody on the thread! I recommend setting every "editable" document to un-editable.

This might help in the future.

I also had a doc in the editable docs list that was stuck uploading.

After reading this thread, I opened the file by browsing through the documents, made a change ( added a cylinder) then manually saved the change, File -> Save.

After that the file was fixed in the editable docs. list

Hope this helps.

Hi, I have the same problem and tried all the options suggested here and still stuck.
I am not connected to other computers with the user.
I deleted the original file
Tried uninstalling FUSION 360

Nothing helped.. I would be happy for help

Hello,

Probably I have deleted the file that I have to edit because it present only in the Edit tab.

The renaming or/and the deleting the "login__ActiveDocuments" file does not work.

I think I fix it as deleting the text in the "login__ActiveDocuments" file.

@PLAmenPRINT if you think you have deleted the file, you can try restoring it from the web view. If you click "open on the web", then open the folder where it was originally, then open the trash, it might be there where you can restore it, make a change/save it, make it uneditable, then trash it again.

I have the same problem. None of these options helped me 😞

It is displayed in the program, but not in the web.

Here is what worked for me step by step:

- Open fusion and make it offline (upper right corner - clock icon);
- Go to - C:\Users\"your_username"\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\DKECMX34EKHN;
- Open file "login__ActiveDocuments" with notepad, delete all the text inside and save it;
- Open Fusion and make it online again;

That worked for me two times now 🙂

P.S. I don't know if that matter but before going offline i make all the projects not editable.
