"We couldn't find an account with this email." - Unable to sign in on latest Fusion version

I'm a Sys Admin for a high school, and last week we upgraded to the latest version for Mac (v.2602.1.14 – May 27, 2025) and now none of our users are able to sign in.

The login page that opens up in the browser seems to be a new URL:

https://signin-stg.autodesk.com/?flowId=fPXujAkD99

We get this message:

2025-06-02_10-48.png

But the accounts are all valid, they definitely exist, and to demonstrate it, we're able to login and use the web-based version of Fusion just fine. It uses a different URL:

https://accounts.autodesk.com/logon...

Anyone else seeing this? It can't just be us...  thanks for your help

Seeing the same thing here. I just signed up for an educator account, downloaded Fusion, and it's saying it can't find my account (which I'm currently logged into to type this comment).

I'm bummed to hear that, but also glad that it's not just us.

I was actually able to get a support ticket opened for this, if anyone else wants to reference it. I'll follow up here if I find out anything.

This is what support got back to me with, and in my testing, it worked. But definitely test it out yourself.

On the Mac, make sure Fusion is not running, then:

  1. Go to Finder -> Application
  2. Find Autodesk Fusion.app - > Right click " Show package contents"
  3. Go to Contents ->Resources -> CONFIG folder
  4. Find file "Fusion 360.server.config"
  5. Rename to say "Fusion 360.old.server.config
  6. Find file "FRR.server.config"
  7. Rename to Fusion 360.server.config
  8. Launch Fusion and this should address the issue
