"We cannot perform this operation" when trying to open a particular file.

Above  is the error message I get. I only get this message with one file that I know of. I've attached the diagnostic logs as well.

I was having problems with this model it kept getting an error in the geometry I would fix it and move on and then suddenly it would be back again. This happened several times so I finally closed the file and restarted my computer. After rebooting I could not open the file.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm still having the same problem. I have many many hours in that file, I really need it back.

I just had to go back a few revisions break all the links save the parts as new components and delete them from the file and reinsert them into the assembly file. I'm not sure what the linking issue was that created the issue but I found a work around.
