"The path is not a valid zip package"

I'm getting an error message saying that the file path is not a valid zip package. It could not find the referenced  document so the file could not be loaded. However I have managed to open the document that it says it can't findand that document seems to be working fine.

I have checked for recovery files, but it hasn't made any. I have also attempted to open previous versions of the file but it is displaying the same error message.

Any help is much appreciated
