I have been trying to offset several curved surfaces at the same time, but everytime I try to select the second surface, the operation offsets the first surface to where the second one is. (Instead of selecting the second surface).
I found a post on the forum saying that when you want to select several surfaces for offseting, I need to set the offset type to "new offset" instead of the "automatic".
The problem is that 9 times out of 10, when I try to use the offset face (either through "Q", or Solid>Modify>Offset Face, the "Offset Type" option isn't there.
I tried many many times, and most of the times, that option wouldn't appear, but eventually it did, and I managed to fix it, but shouldn't that option always appear?
First screenshot shows the problem, second screenshot shows how it sometimes works.
