So I just opened Fusion and I usually work within the "My Recent Data" folder and notice now its empty. Did hundreds of hours of work get deleted? Is there a way I can recover my work? Thank you

Recent Data is just what is says, a collection of recent files you have had open.  These file should be save on your cloud drive under your project(s) and folders within them.  So go there to look for them.  Also go the the Fusion 360 Web Database and look for your files there.  One last thing, did you log into Fusion 360 with a different Autodesk ID by accident?
