"error: unhandled exception" Crash and report

Hey there, 

 

i have a big problem! Fusion360 just stopped working for me. My PC-Requirements are pretty sure more than needed.

 

Problem: When I open Fusion it instantly freezes and every time I'm receiving a crash report with "error: unhandled exception". Also in the dmpuserinfo.xml is a line with "<upi_error>Error accessing UPI repository in the 64-bits registry</upi_error>". I really need help, i'm sitting here since 6 hours ...

 

What I already did:

1. deinstalled it more than 5 times.

2. clean is with Fusion360 cleaner

3. updated graphic driver

4. Have tears in my eyes

Have you been sending those Crash Reports to the support team?  There is usually clues in those that can help them figure out what's going on.

I used the option on the crash report to send it them, but i haven't received a answer till now...

I'm a student, so maybe beacause I'm a free User it's not that prioritiezed...

I hoped someone from the community could help me with my problem.

@Steffen.Runkel Thank you for sending in the reports. Unfortunately there was not a lot of information I could gather from the report. Looks like you did try a few things we suggest. 

 

We did update Fusion 360 to 2.0.11680 yesterday. Can you please uninstall/re-install Fusion once again to this latest build? Also, do you have any add-ins that start up with Fusion 360?

It doesn't work for me. I cleaned Fusion and installed new Version but got stuck at the same point, but now with a more specific crash report:

I keep sending my crash reports, but autodesk won't answer me.

Also i deleted all known add-ins.
