"Error: Body would self-intersect" Sheet metal error

Hello guys, i'm doing a college project, that need to be done using sheet metal. I am familiar with fusion for 3D printing but this is the first time I use it for sheet metal.
Here is my problem, i need to make a box doing three 90º bends but this box need structural support with 45º cuts and the fusion doesn't do it.
I tried to make a 2D sketch and just use the bend tool on the sheet metal tab, but i was unsuccessful.

Things i already tried:
Constrain everything
Unconstrain everything
Create another sketch from begging
Change the bend radius
Change the kfactor.

"Error: Body would self-intersect, try increasing Bend Radius or reducing Bend Angle. Use Flip button to quickly change bend direction."

I hope I am understanding your design.  Take a look at the Screencast and see if this helps you out.   I have included my model.  At the very end of the timeline, between the unfold and refold, I have added one cutout of a simple design.  this is where you will be adding all out fancy cutouts on the side panels.

I'm having the same issue but don't seem to have the mitre option as shown in your video that would resolve it (See below screen cap). Has this feature since been removed or is it found elsewhere.
