"Autodesk Identity Manager Error Report" when clicking Sign-In option

Hi,

I have a problem when I try to sign-in. I have recently installed Autocad Fusion 360 in my notebook. I worked with this software before, and I have never found this problem. I recently reset my notebook, so I installed the program again; but now when I clik Sign-in option, it shows an error saying "Autodesk Identity Manager Error Report". I have the new version of Autodesk Identity Manager, and I don't know how to solve this problem.

Thank you

@r_bellini @Are there other Autodesk products you have e installed ? If so can you tell me what they are?

If Fusion is the only Autodesk product you have , can you uninstall the Identity manager and see if that helps ?

I assume you are windows ?

Thank you for your answer!
Yes, I also have Eagle still from Autodesk.

I tried to uninstall Fusion360 and then I install it again, but the problem with Autodesk Identity Manager remains.
Also I updated Autodesk Identy Manager to the latest version.

Thank you in advance for your help!

@r_bellini OK. How about uninstalling Autodesk Identity manager? Does that help with Fusion?

@r_bellini Also are you sending in that error report to Autodesk? If you do it should give you a report ID. Can you send the report ID here?

Thank you!

Yesterday I tried to unistall Autodesk Identity Manager and install it again, and it didn't work. But I tried to do it again now, and it worked. I don't know if this was what solved my problem, but now I can use Fusion360 without any problem.

Thank you so much for your support, it helped me a lot.
