Question about subcription

Hello,

Up for renewal soon.

Received email saying you are moving our subscription.

Have question about ealry adopter/legacy...will autodesk honor this?

We have questions about the extentions and other items.

We tried to talk to a person several times... some one called said they would call back never did.

Then talked with a person we could not understand and no questions where answered (very frustrating to say the least), after the call ended we recieved an email directing us here.

I beleive we have some sort of call support as early adopters ( have had a subscription since 2014 ).

Could some please point me in the right direction.

Thank you,

Ed

My legacy subscription renewed on the 24th of October and my legacy license price remained the same. It does say "Fusion 360 - Legacy" on the bill, and I purchased it when they were running a promo called "Buy a seat of Fusion and lock in your price forever" so I'd hope that's honored. I don't use any extensions, though, so I can't answer any questions in that regard.

I've never reached out to Autodesk for support. I just assume I'm better off Googling any questions than dealing with a big company directly. Kind of sad but that seems to be the standard in most industries these days. Sorry you're having trouble reaching them.

Thank you for the reply.

We purchased Fusion when Autodesk was running a similar promotion.

It was Fusion 360 Ultimate for life at a set price per year.
