Projecting a plane

Why is it I am unable to set a plane and project its cross-section as a construction line onto a sketch?

This is basic stuff?

Every sketch element should be able to be projected, referenced, and used as a sketch element parametrically.

Can't use as driven dimension to dimension an offset plane? what? why?

Please, please fix these huge bugs.

Is the plane perpendicular to the sketch plane?

and, if it is not, use Project->Intersect

That was what I was looking for, I guess I had it in my head that it worked in the same manner as Inventor.

When in doubt, check the menu, Lol. I'm trying to remember these are two different animals.
