This appears to be a bug. I have a sketch with projected curves (from another sketch) that are not updating when the original sketch updates. The projected curves are colored magenta, which means they are still linked.
Additional funny behavior: When I open the offending sketch in edit mode, and toggle the original sketch on and off, it shows the original sketch in its original (wrong, not updated) position. However when the offending sketch is not in edit mode, I can see that the original sketch has moved. It seems that for some reason, the movement of the original sketch is not being updated in the sketch sub-application when it is opened in edit mode.
