Project Limit Exceeded while using Startup license

Hi Autodesk,

I have a valid startup license trial of Fusion 360.

Currently, I have one project, however when I attempt to create a new one I get the error "Project Limit Exceeded".

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks

Tim

Hi Tim,

Did you by any chance change to startup license or renewed it recently? As described in post , it takes up to 24 hours for your license status to sync with the cloud storage.

Hi Andras,
No, I've been a startup for some months now. I did add teams recently, however, could this be causing a problem?
Should I perhaps log out for a while and try in a day or so?
Thanks
Tim

Hi Tim,

Logging out and back in might solve your problem, if something got tangled around your entitlements. I also recommend clearing you local cache. You can do this from Help -> Support and Diagnostics -> Clear cache data.
If this doesn't work, please try the steps described here under "If the affected account or subscription is not newly created" section. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks Andras,

Clearing the cache did not work, however transferring the projects to team I assume is similar to archiving and that works.

Thanks

Hi Tim,

I'm glad I could help you. Transferring to a team is different from archiving, the latter is similar to "Recycle Bin" on Windows machines or "Trash" on Macs. Its content won't be available, however, it can be still restored. When a project is transferred to a team, it's still going to be available for the team owners and anyone they share it with.

Have a nice day!
