I have a problem with rendering, I'm trying to render an object, keeping other objects hidden, after rendering, the hidden objects still appear in the rendered rendering, how can I render without showing the hidden objects?

If I want a particular component to not appear in my Rendering, I click on the Visibility icon in the Rendering Browser and turn it off.  Below are two rendered images one with the Flywheel on and one with it off.

it doesn't work. I tried to hide the bodies that I don't need, but when rendering they appear anyway

Maybe you can attach a video of what you see and attach your model.  I am Rendering components but I do not think that is a factor.  As you can see, I have no issue so with your model I can make sure.  Please indicate what component you wish to hide.

To attach your model, open in Fusion, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive.   Attach it to a reply using the attachment section of the post.
