Problems with loading project

I have not been able to open my project as it shows that it is loading and this has been going on for a few days now. I tried logging in into a different device but it's still showing the same thing so it is not a hardware issue. Please help me out. Thank you

@Singha322YL6Q Adding the same reply that I posted on the other thread you asked the same question. 

If you get Fusion in the offline mode and then try to open the design what happens? Are you able to open it with all the changes? If you make a small edit at this time and then go back online it should get you synced up back.
