Problems with Fusion removing toolpath selections when closing and later opening

Ive had this happen several times and its massively frustrating and extremely wrong for a software to do this. On occasion when opening a file from previous days there will be a selection or more missing from every single toolpath and therefore all toolpaths needing regeneration. Doesnt matter the computer or account we are logged into but this is so troublesome. I hate to say it but it will be nice on the day that i can get the company to switch to MasterCAM do to the massive amount of random problems we come upon in fusion when reopening a file on a day to day basis.

Can you shed a bit more info?
Are these parts with multiple inserted components in it?
Are they derived?
Are you using Manufacturing Models?
Can you share a part or a process that can reproduce this issue?
What sort of computing systems are you using, Mac or PC? Up to date?
