Problems Uninstalling and Reinstalling.

Fusion was running fine until I was getting an error on starting Fusion and it would not run. I tried to uninstall but the App was still in the Settings App page. I tried to reinstall but it failed. I tried to delete the files in User etc as suggested but some would not delete even in Windows 10 Safe Mode. The Windows 10 was reset about a month ago and fully updated.
