Problems enabling preview functionality

Hello
I have installed fusion in free mode for personal use but it does not allow me to enable any features in the preferences / preview features page
I am interested in enabling the mesh workspace

As you can see in the graphic, I am using the Fusion 360 Personal License and the Mesh Workspace appears under the Preview section.

This is what I did too but when I make the flag button the apply button is not enabled and even if I press ok it does not save me the choice I have already reinstalled fusion 2 times
