Problems converting conical solid body to sheet metal

I am trying to convert a conical cylinder into sheet metal, but I continue to get the error that Fusion cannot determine the thickness of the metal. The message tells me to select a wide flat surface, but there is no such thing on this body. If I have to draw this out flat, it defeats the point of using fusion for this project. 

What Can I do to make this work. I have attached a screenshot.
