Problem with the drawing module

I'm having trouble creating a technical drawing in Fusion.  When I want to transfer the model to the drafting module, the program hangs and a white screen is visible in the program.  Anyone have the same problem?  Previously, I had no problem creating a drawing, but I also worked on another computer.  Now my computer has a weaker Intel i5, 13th generation processor and nvidia gforce 3060. Could this be a problem?

Do you see the same behavior if you create a new file of a simple cube?
Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

With the simplest cube, the program still hangs. I can't do anything, not even switch to the modeling module. I have to disable the entire program.

Sounds like a Graphic Card issue.  Make sure you have updated your graphic drivers even if you are using "on-board" graphics.  After this try and chose a different Fusion 360 Graphic Driver in the Preferences.

I updated the graphics driver. I selected a different graphics driver in the preferences. I restarted the program and unfortunately the problem still persists.

After updating your graphics driver, did you restart your computer?  Also, you said you changed the Fusion 360 Graphic Driver, did you try all three?  If this does not work and you are using a Windows based operating system, use the "Run" command prompt and enter "dxdiag" export the results and post them here.

If you are using a MAC, then you will have to wait for someone else to try and help.

Yes, I reset my computer after updating the graphics card. I ran all three graphics drivers, resetting the computer and program with each change. I am sending the computer diagnosis in the attachment.

I don't know what to do here, I really need help.

I finally made it! It turned out that a newer version of the C++ library had to be installed.

I found a detailed description of how to do it under this post:
