Problem with opening imported STEP files

I got a STEP file from a costumer and when i try to open it in Fusion 360 it says ''unable to open the file'' and ''It may have not been synced correctly''.

How should i solve this problem?

Can I have the same file to reproduce the same? or just give the file name so we can check in the log for the error on that file.
