Problem with Open in desktop

Hi,

Open in desktop on the Fusion Team cloud is not working already 1 week.

The latest version of the Autodesk connector is installed. On various browsers tested and it still doesn't work.

Please for ideas, what could be the problem?

I believe you referring to the Fusion Team web interface. Can you confirm the type of your Project? If the Project Type is 'Folder Level' (see below image), then the 'Open' button on the file info page is not yet supported.
