Problem with loft function following trajectory

Hello everyone,

I am new to Fusion 360.

I am having difficulty creating a border that follows the edge of a plate with a rounded shape. as attached .jpg template

This border is rounded at the top over a width of 5 mm.

The height of this border is 7 mm, and over the last 2 centimetres of the ends, it changes to a height of 5 mm. (as example .jpg attached)

I have been trying to do this for several hours using the Loft function, following  Plan along a path, but without success.

I can't get the border to follow the edge of the plate. (border.jpg  attached)

I tried with two sketches, original and reduced, to use rails...  Without success

The Platine v3 .f3d file is also attached.

I am requesting your assistance

Thank you in advance for your help.

Denis

If you've spent any time here on the forum, or consulted some of the free tutorials courses available directly through the help menu in Fusion, you would know that not fully defined sketches are discouraged.

Your sketch "original" shows one problem already, where the sketch objects are not tangential. That sketch isn't suitable to be used as a loft rail, for that reason alone.

Your sketch "reduit" attempts to replicate the original with a fit point spline, very likely with too many spline points and needs tangency constraints between the straight, vertical lines and the splines to be useful as a loft rail.
