Problem with Free Trial

I also tried, with my personal license, to start a free trial of design optimisation . In my account page this trial is visible, but starting it didn't change my workspace in Fusion. I could'nt find a way to get it active. I got no warning that it is not possible with a personal license.

Why do you give the possibility to get extensions, as I cannot make them active?  This is annoying.
