Problem with downloading files

I am using fiusion 360 for non-commercial use.
I have already downloaded a lot of files, tried to download a file a week ago but haven't received an email until today despite many attempts.
I followed the download instructions.
I am asking for help in solving the problem.

Sorry to hear of the trouble. It sounds like you are having trouble downloading only one particular file.

What file type are you trying to download? (a Fusion file or some other kind of export)

Does the design have anything special about it, compared to your other successful downloads? 

Are you using the download option in the Team viewer, or are you using Export from within Fusion 360 application?

Please let me know what you find.
