Problem wile Rander :(

I am facing a problem with Rander in Fusion 360, the screen gets struck wile clicking the Rander.

Do you have any cloud credits to preform the Render?  You can find out if you have any credits by following the graphic below. Preferences are found by left clicking on your log-in name in the upper right corner of Fusion 360 application.

my balance was zero in cloud credits 🙁. what i want to do for it?

Depends on the Fusion 360 license you have.  For a student license, you are suppose to be given some free ones, for all others you will have to purchase the ones you need.  May I suggest you switch to a local render, that does not require cloud credits.  You can learn most of the same thing doing it this way.

@jhackney1972  I think it was the hardware problem, as i am using student account.

i got the results, when i made it on the second window when the first window gets
