Problem renewing educational access (grey confirmation button)

I am trying to renew my educational access. I am filling out the form to renew my license, but when everything is renewed, the confirmation button is grey, and i can't click it. 

I have tried login out and in again, tried deleting my cookies, and tried using inprivate browser.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I found this: Education Plan: "Confirm" button is disabled on the address collection form (autodesk.com)

And somehow it worked. I am pretty sure I did this when I tried last time, but at least it worked now.
