Problem related to visualization of the results of an injection molulding simulation

I'm currently using Fusion 360 as a student for an exam project (University of Padua, Italy). I can't visualize the results of an injection moulding simulation processed on cloud. The programme indicates that the results are ready and the simulation has been solved with success with no issues. Until yesterday i could visualize these results easily, but now as i open the "results" page it remains white and empty, and i can only select the "end results" tab.

I experience the same problem and I am on a professional account and paid study. Seems I have wasted cloud credits here.
