Hello,

I recently uploaded lots of heavy mesh data into a single file, saved it, but its not retrieving now. File name is "Nezha_MC1", version 1-4 all doesn't open. I spent half a day on this file. Please help.

Thank you in advance,

Do you get any error messages or what? Are you opening from the data panel in Fusion 360 or are you using the Edit on Desktop command from the hub (web browser)?

Have you tried working offline and opening the design? If it opens, you may want to try to save a new version while in offline mode and then go back online.

Can you open previous versions of the design?

If that doesn't help, can you post a copy of the diagnostic log files?

Hello
When I try to open from the data panel in Fusion 360 is has the message:
Could not open file: Nezha_MC1 v9, Version Number: 9, Error message: Ok

When I try to view the file online in https://myhub.autodesk360.com the message:

Oops!

Sorry. We have encountered some issues when preparing file for viewing. Please contact support for assistance.

Sometimes the Fusion 360 app crashes. Please see the report for "error report contents"
I spent another day remaking everything, and now it has the SAME problem.
Please help. Thank you in advance

Hello, did you receive my last message?

I still have not been able to open the file!

Since the file is quite big so I assume it might be a hardware issue on my side, therefore I just upgraded the ram from 16gb to 64bg, but after spending $500 the problem still exist....

Here are the problems again:

When I try to open the file "Nezha_MC1 v9" or "Nezha_MC1" from the data panel in Fusion 360 it has the message:
  • Could not open file: Nezha_MC1 v9, Version Number: 9, Error message: Ok
When I try to view the file online in https://myhub.autodesk360.com the message:
  • Oops! Sorry. We have encountered some issues when preparing file for viewing. Please contact support for assistance.
Sometimes Fusion 360 app even crashes. Please see attachment for the diagnostic logs.

I spent another day remaking everything, and now it has the SAME problem.
Working off-line doesn't help either...
Previous versions has the same problems.

Please help as my project has been delayed for a couple of weeks now...

Hi @XSpitFire,

So sorry for not getting in touch with you sooner - somehow this slipped under my radar.

Thanks for sharing the logs - I see some concerning error messages regarding this file. Just to get things clear, you recreated this file from scratch and you experience the same error now? I did want to clarify - that JSON error was specific to our service outage the other day and should be unrelated.

Do you mind sharing this file with me so I can test on my machine and hopefully debug what is going on?

Thanks,

Hi @macxike,

Sorry if I am missing something, but I saw the messages and the logs. It looks like something was corrupted within the file and I'm hoping to get access to the file (or a downloadable link) so I can see what went wrong. The JSON error should be cleared up now however (and is separate from the file open issue). Regarding the corrupted file however, I need either a download link to the file or to be invited to the project directly so I have access to the versions. My email for invite is james.youmatz@autodesk.com

Thanks,
