Problem launching Fusion 360

I have been successfully using Fusion 360 for some months now, but about 3 days ago it refused to load and still continues to not comply! The screenshot below shows the error message that comes up and nothing further can be done. Suggestions please as top how to get it up and running again. The error message suggests reinstalling the program , which I am loathe to do as I have already got it in the computer and do not know how to reload it!!

This is not a problem if you use CLEAN UNINSTALL

All data will be preserved.

Managed to remove previous version and downloaded Fusion 360 again, but cannot find how to open it!! It comes up as Autodesk and under that is fusion 360 but cannot get it to open! Any suggestions, please?
