Problem Installing Fusion 360

Please help advise what is the problem that my computer cannot install fusion 360. Once installation reach 99%, it stop with error message shown.

Fusion 360 you are never indispensable. I'm not going to change all those settings for you. You don't have to ask for those necessary permissions. Good Bye Fusion 360. I will use another program.
