Problem installing Fusion 360

Hello,

        I have tried to install Fusion 360 for 4 hours, and I still couldn't install it. It said that maybe I have a problem with my Users permission, so I tried to change it and it didn't work at all. In addition, I also turned the computer off and tried to install again, and it didn't work, too.
