Problem Installing Fusion 360 (uninstall.wsf)

I get the following error when trying to re-install Fusion 360.  Can someone help?

The Windows user, specified in the log file, does not have adequate permissions to install the application.  You can go to the Control Panel and under Users change their log in rights.  Also you should right click on the installation executable and select "Run as Administrator" from the context menu.

I was able to give that profile admin privileges. That corrected the problem I posted about but now another one comes up.

Yes, exactly the same problem. Installed, deleted, cleaned traces, installed again, ran as administrator, to no avail. It gives an error after installation, when the Internet is connected, it describes that it is not connected to the Internet.

I was able to get Fusion 360 working. I just can't remember how I did it. It was months ago. Sorry.
