@Anonymous We will need a lot more information than this to look into what could be happening. Is the install showing you any errors? In the errors are they links to generate log files? If there are can you attach the log files here? Can you right click on the exe and run as administrator and see if that solves the problem?
As I mentioned without more information it is going to be difficult to identify what is happening.
