problem at startup

I have a problem regarding starting the application. After the small loading screen opens the application window but only with a white screen:Screenshot 2022-08-26 122521.png I already used qualtric survey solutions, including reinstalling fusion 360 and even the support couldn't help me.

 

I appreciate any help

Hi @anton.beck, thanks for posting.

 

If you contacted support, I suppose that you might have checked the related article but just for double-checking - did you try the following solutions: Black screen upon launching Fusion 360?

 

Another possible workaround could be connecting to the internet using the Mobile hotspot and starting Fusion 360. Once launched, switch back to the original network.

 

If the suggestions will not help, it may be worth trying a full clean installation of Fusion 360.
