Probing with Datron M8 Cube / Datron next

Probing problem
Touching along the Y-axis with 2 points, touching Y with one point and 2 with one point does not work with the Datron M8 Cube, only one point in X, one point in Y and one point in Z is touched, but not the edge X?
What can be the reason for this ?
