.PRM file creation in Fusion

Can I somehow create a custom .PRM file in FUSION using the Additive Manufacturing extension? I want to run a DOE based on process parameters and I cannot create my own process parameters combinations right now. Also I do not have access to Netfabb Ultimate or Netfabb Simulation so I cannot do that from there either. Any ideas?
