I don’t see any Dimensions in your sketch.

Where are your Dimensions?

@TheCADWhisperer is correct here.  Without any constraints or dimensions to hold the geometry in place, the sketch solver is free to move it anywhere.  The result, while I agree, is not desirable, is still a valid solution to the geometry and constraints in the sketch.  If you want more precise positioning, you have to tell the sketch that, with constraints and dimensions.
