I received this from Windows Virus and Threat Protection Today.
Possible Virus
You may have downloaded something besides Fusion 360. I searched my Fusion 360 path, you indicated and a deeper, and did not find the file you listed. Searching on the internet, this file is used by Windows and is created by Microsoft.
