When I take a specific workflow when using the Circular Pattern in a sketch, the Total Angle box is not available when using an 'Angular Spacing' method of 'Angle'.
I first created a circle and then added two construction lines, one horizontal and the other 30 degrees away. I then am trying to pattern one of the construction lines inside the 30 degree angle. When I hit Circular Pattern before choosing any geometry, change Angular Spacing to 'Angle', and then choose my geometery, the 'Total Angle' box is not shown. If I leave the geometry selected and toggle from Angle spacing to another option and back, the Total Angle box is available. This is what leads me to believe this is unexpected behavior.
In this screenshot, I have the construction line to the left chosen as the object, and the center point of the circle chosen as the center point, and the Total Agle selection isn't available when following the steps above. Choosing the same geometry before selecting Angle reveals the 'Total Angle' optoin.
Steps:
Create Circular Pattern
Set Angular Spacing to Angle
Choose Object,
Choose Center Point,
Notice that Total Angle box is not available.
